Our Process:

Step 1: Consultation Call

Schedule an initial call via Zoom to discuss your space, style, and investment preferences. We'll follow up with an email to gather more information.

Step 2: Design Development Phase

We'll present a design proposal via Zoom, including floorplans and furniture sourcing. We'll work with you to incorporate your input and make any necessary edits.

Step 3: Final Design Reveal

Once we've finalized the design, we'll send you a complete design plan, including design drawings, mood boards, furniture and finish selections, and renders.

Step 4: Design Implementation

With a complete design plan in hand, you're in charge of transforming your space on your timeline. Our virtual approach saves you time and money compared to traditional in-person design services, and our expertise ensures you get a beautiful, functional space you'll love spending time in.

ONE ROOM PACKAGE - $1,200

TWO ROOMS PACKAGE - $2,200

Rendering Services 

Our 3D interior rendering service offers high-quality, realistic images that showcase the beauty and functionality of your interior space. With our expertise in interior design and 3D rendering technology, we bring your ideas to life and create stunning visualizations that capture the essence of your space to show your clients. 

You will fill out a questionnaire and submit your FF&E information. Our packages include 2 rounds of edits in order to ensure everything is to your liking, any work after that will be billed hourly at our rate of $100 an hour. Final renderings will be post-edited in Lightroom to enhance their quality and give them that realistic finished look.

Packages:

One room Package - $600

The one-room package is ideal for a bedroom, living room, or dining room if you are looking for detailed renders for a single room.

two rooms Package - $1,000

This package is perfect for any connecting two rooms, or a bedroom bathroom project. 

Three rooms Package - $1,500

The perfect package for those open spaces, i.e. a kitchen, living room, and dining room.
